Stickbulb designs and manufactures luxury lighting fixtures in Long Island City — products where a single fixture can come in thousands of variants. Inventory was managed by hand, costs lived nowhere, and the legacy software was too bulky to fix. We implemented Odoo to catalog every variant and cost, shipping staged improvements weekly — and gave the production director enough time back to take on a second role.
