Crown Sign Systems: three systems became one.
Crown designs, manufactures, and installs architectural signage and wayfinding out of Mount Vernon, NY. Their operations ran across three disconnected platforms — Job Shop ERP for manufacturing, Monday.com for projects, QuickBooks for accounting. Over twelve months we ran discovery, recommended the platform, implemented 10 Odoo modules with a live test environment the whole way, and migrated all three systems into one — with a custom sign estimator no off-the-shelf ERP could give them.

What was actually happening.
In their Controller’s words: consolidating information across the three platforms “simply took too much time for it to be useful.” Estimating custom signs — different types, materials, templates — lived outside any system. Purchasing wrestled with unit-of-measure conversions and wastage on every vendor PO. And construction-industry progressive billing didn’t fit anything off the shelf.

Discovery first — survey the operation, map current state to desired state, recommend the platform. Then implementation at 2-3 working sessions a week with a live test environment from day one: “we were not just discussing options in theory — we had hands-on access to solutions as they were implemented.” UAT across every module, then a three-platform data migration into one system of record.

Job Shop ERP, Monday.com, and QuickBooks fully retired — data from all three migrated into a single Odoo environment.
