Built from scratch.
Still here.
Bryan Weinert started Incipient with no playbook and no investors. Just 15 years of supply chain experience and a belief that manufacturers deserved a partner who would actually stay until the work was done. That's still what we are.
The firm has grown, the team has expanded globally, and the platform is in beta. The core hasn't changed: we find the real problem, we build what fixes it, and we don't leave.
Where did it start?
Incipient was first conceptualized when our founders saw a genuine problem first-hand: small businesses who were behind the curve technologically, and despite having a great product, their tech woes compounded by the fact that no vendors or IT consultants stayed on long enough to keep the business competitive. One client became two, two became a team, and the team became a firm with a global footprint and a platform in beta.

The values we stand on, now and forever.
We adapt to your culture, you never have to adapt to ours. We don't lock clients into platforms or obfuscate our fees. We're in it for the long haul.
We lead with what we've done, not what we say we'll do. Case studies, outcomes, real numbers. You'll see the evidence before we ask for anything.
We recommend what's right for you, even when it costs us. We are not tied to one platform and we have no incentive to push any particular solution.
We listen to what clients tell us and lead with curiosity until we can explain their problems back to them clearly and succinctly. Together, we chart the path forward and forge ahead.
Global and distributed.
