OnGuard: Epicor out, mistakes down.
OnGuard manufactures aluminum fence systems in Moorestown, NJ. Their outdated Epicor ERP made manufacturing inefficient, inventory loose, and reports unreadable. We gathered demands department by department — sales, manufacturing, inventory, accounting, employee management — then implemented Odoo with the customizations the shop floor actually needed: material substitution, custom print formats, production workflows adapted to how OnGuard really builds.
