Partner Delivery · White-label Engineering
The bench behind the bench.
An IT services firm in Noida, India wins work it can’t always staff — so since 2016, we’ve been their engineering bench. When a property-management platform landed outside their vertical experience, the requirements came to us: full scope of work and budget back in 3–5 days, a 7–8 month timeline, and milestone delivery so clean their end client started sending more work. MEAN and MERN stacks, native iOS and Android, React Native, Node.
A won project in an unfamiliar vertical — property management — with no in-house experience to deliver it.
Scope in days · full-stack build (MEAN/MERN, native mobile) · module-by-module delivery to the client's servers.
End client expanding the work because of the UX · Friday reports, zero delays · ongoing since 2016.
What was actually happening.
The firm’s model depends on saying yes to clients — but a property-management solution sat outside any vertical they’d delivered. “We didn’t have experience in this development vertical.” They needed a partner who could own scope, budget, timeline, and delivery without creating management overhead on their side.
Where it hurt most.
- 1Vertical outside the benchProperty management expertise the firm didn't carry — and a client waiting.
- 2Scoping riskQuoting a vertical you don't know is how firms lose money — or clients.
- 3Management overheadOutsourcing fails when it adds coordination — "no headaches" was a requirement.
- 4End-client trustA startup client, undisclosed details, and a reputation riding on someone else's code.
The work, in motion.
Proper agile, made boring in the best way: tasks in Trello, daily activity in Basecamp, a report every Friday with everything done that week. A 5–7 person pod across MEAN and MERN stacks plus native mobile. “Everything’s been transparent in nature… delivered in milestones, as we’ve asked.”
- Full scope of work + budget + 7–8 month timeline, returned in 3–5 days from raw requirements
- Property-management platform modules — signup, login, stakeholder creation, and beyond — delivered to the client's servers
- Native Android + iOS, React Native, Node.js · weekly Friday reporting · maintenance term ongoing
Measured, not promised.
The end client liked the UX so much, they sent more work.
“It’s a rare thing to find people in the market who can conceptualize a product. Incipient Corp. can turn whatever we dream up into a wonderful product. It’s been an awesome experience — I feel like I’m working with friends, not business partners.”
Module-based delivery direct to the end client's servers — the partner firm tests, we ship. 5–7 person pod spanning MongoDB/Express/Angular-or-React/Node plus native mobile. Trello for tasks, Basecamp for dailies, written Friday reports — transparency as the management layer.
