Amneal Pharmaceuticals is a 5,000+ person pharma enterprise headquartered in Bridgewater, NJ. Their web application existed; the mobile component didn’t — and their internal teams didn’t carry modern-stack expertise. We built the iOS app, then a second engagement followed: a custom internal web application from scratch. Fixed cost, budgeted upfront from requirements. In their IT director’s words: “Whatever requirement or feature we gave Incipient Corp., they delivered on.”

What was actually happening.
The web application was already live, but the mobile component was a blank space — and as their IT director put it, “we don’t have experts in the more modern area of development.” An enterprise of this scale needed a partner who could take a requirements document and a budget constraint and simply deliver against both.
