You share. We prepare.

Discovery questionnaire sent. Stakeholders confirmed. Agenda locked. Travel booked for Silver and Gold. You start with clarity — not a blank page.

PHASE 2

We go deep together.

Stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, pain point capture — virtually or on-site. Bronze: 2 remote sessions. Silver: 2 full days. Gold: 3–5 days.

PHASE 3

We reconcile. You sign off.

Requirements organized by module. Clarification log closed. Phase 1 scope finalized and signed off — no surprises, no ambiguity.

PHASE 4

Ready to execute.

Project built in Linear, Month 1 assigned, data templates established. When this phase closes, delivery starts — not planning.

Tier 02 / Implementation & Go-Live

From signed scope to live production system.

Structured, sprint-driven build. Every engagement begins where Advisory ends — with a locked scope, a named team, and Month 1 already running in Linear. Milestone-driven, no open-ended retainers, no surprise change orders. Each sprint closes with a working demo. Each phase closes with a client sign-off.

PHASE 1

Kickoff & Foundation.

Scope activated directly from Advisory sign-off. Team onboarded, Linear live, Month 1 sprints defined, data templates distributed. Day 1 is delivery.

PHASE 2

Configure & Build.

Platform configured to approved requirements, sprint by sprint. Workflows, integrations, and enhancements built iteratively with a working demo at every sprint close. Each phase gate requires client sign-off.

PHASE 3

Test & Train.

UAT against signed acceptance criteria. Defects tracked and resolved before cutover. Role-based training delivered and data migrated in full. No go-live until sign-off is complete.

PHASE 4

Go-Live & Hyper-Care.

Production cutover on a confirmed date with the full delivery team on standby. Hyper-care coverage begins immediately. AMS transition coordinated — zero gap between delivery and ongoing support.
