The Mission

Create an experience that eliminates the current boundaries for personal instruction

Vevolve approached Incipient with the desire to create a solution that connects athletes looking to improve their skills to coaches with relevant experience and expertise.

This solution seeks to address the key challenges for Students looking to receive personal instruction.

1) Access – to a coach with relevant experience in their area
2) Availability – time to take personal lesson (including travel to and from)
3) Cost – personal instruction is a premium service due to coaches limited time

While supplying coaches with a tool to expand their business and capitalize on their available time to provide instruction to multiple students without needing to leave the comfort of their home.

The Solution / Strategy

In coordination with Vevolve and their marketing partner, Professional Sport Partners (PSP), Incipient spearheaded a 12-week product strategy to design and document all features, desired logic, third party integrations and overall application architecture.

Version 1 of Vevolve is currently in development and expected to be live in Apple store within the next 30-45 days.
